These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Starting Solids App mobile application. By downloading, accessing, or using the app, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the app.

1. CRITICAL MEDICAL, PEDIATRIC & SAFETY DISCLAIMER

PLEASE READ THIS SECTION CAREFULLY BEFORE USING THE APP. BY USING THE APPLICATION, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE TO THE FOLLOWING:

• Not Medical Advice: Starting Solids App is an informational tracking, scheduling, and educational framework for parents and caregivers during the solid food transition phase. It is not a medical device, nor does it provide clinical, nutritional, medical, or diagnostic advice.
• No Pediatric Replacement: The generated feeding roadmaps, food logs, micro-cutting preparation instructions, and behavior tips are synthesized for educational purposes based on general pediatric guidelines. They do not replace professional medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or direct consultation with your pediatrician, allergist, or healthcare provider.
• Choking & Allergic Reaction Liability: Infant feeding involves inherent physical risks, including but not limited to gagging, choking, and unexpected allergic reactions (anaphylaxis). Starting Solids App does not guarantee that following the cutting guides or exposure sequences will eliminate these risks. The parent, legal guardian, or caregiver assumes 100% of the physical and legal responsibility for evaluating the baby’s physiological readiness, inspecting the soft texture of the food before serving, and monitoring the infant closely during every single bite.
• Emergency Situations: Never delay seeking professional medical advice or disregard medical guidance because of something you read within this application. If you believe your child is having an allergic reaction or a choking emergency, immediately call your local emergency services (e.g., 911 / 112).

2. Subscriptions and Billing

The app offers optional, auto-renewing subscriptions (e.g., Weekly, Yearly) to unlock premium, unrestricted access to feature suites including personalized feeding roadmaps, the full pediatric recipe database, and the smart food/symptom logging matrix.

• Payment: Payment will be securely charged to your Apple ID / iTunes account at the definitive confirmation of purchase.
• Auto-Renewal: Your chosen subscription automatically renews unless the auto-renew mechanism is manually toggled off at least 24 hours prior to the conclusion of the active billing period.
• Account Charging: Your Apple ID account will be charged for renewal within the 24 hours preceding the end of the current period, clearly identifying the structural cost of the renewal.
• Managing Subscriptions: You retain full ownership to manage, alter, or cancel your active subscriptions at any time by navigating to your native iOS App Store Account Settings post-purchase.
• Cancellations & Refunds: Canceling a plan preserves your premium features until the final day of your current billing window. All payment collections, financial handling, and refund requests are executed strictly by Apple Inc. in accordance with their App Store policies.

3. User License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable, limited license to download, install, and run Starting Solids App on authorized Apple hardware strictly for personal, non-commercial caregiving use, in complete alignment with these Terms and Apple’s App Store Terms of Service.

4. User Conduct

You explicitly agree that you will not:
