These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Potty Training App mobile application. By downloading, accessing, or using the app, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the app.

1. Medical and Educational Disclaimer

Potty Training App is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice. The app is designed to be a helpful tracking and routine-building tool for parents and caregivers during the potty training process. The guides, tips, and insights provided within the app are for informational purposes only and should not replace professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult with your pediatrician or a qualified healthcare provider regarding your child’s health, development, or readiness for potty training.

2. Subscriptions and Billing

The app offers optional auto-renewing subscriptions (e.g., Weekly, Yearly) to unlock premium features such as unlimited timers, detailed logs, and full access to expert guides.

• Payment: Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at the confirmation of purchase.
• Auto-Renewal: Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Account Charging: Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period, identifying the cost of the renewal.
• Managing Subscriptions: You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your App Store Account Settings after purchase.
• Cancellations: If you cancel a subscription, you will continue to have access to the premium features until the end of your current billing period. Refunds are handled directly by Apple according to their policies.

3. User License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to download and use the app on your Apple devices for personal, non-commercial purposes, in accordance with these Terms and Apple’s App Store Terms of Service.

4. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the app for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or hack the app.
• Reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, or exploit any portion of the app, including our potty training guides and illustrations, without our express written permission.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, design, graphics, text, and source code within the app are the intellectual property of [Your Company/Developer Name] and are protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.
