2. Description of Service & Medical Disclaimer Nose Editor provides AI-generated visual modifications of facial photos.

• Entertainment Purposes Only: The application is designed strictly for entertainment, visualization, and photo-editing purposes.
• NOT Medical Advice: The generated images do not constitute medical advice, nor do they guarantee any actual surgical or cosmetic results. We are not medical professionals. Always consult a certified plastic surgeon or medical professional for realistic anatomical assessments and surgical consultations.

3. User Content and Rules

• You retain all ownership rights to the photos you upload.
• You agree not to upload photos of individuals without their consent.
• You agree not to upload inappropriate, offensive, nude, or illegal content. Our AI providers may employ automated filters to block severe policy violations.

4. Subscriptions and In-App Purchases Nose Editor offers a free trial (e.g., 1 free generation). After the trial is consumed, continued usage requires an active premium subscription.

• Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at the confirmation of purchase.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your App Store Account Settings after purchase.

5. Intellectual Property All app designs, code, templates, and texts are the intellectual property of the Nose Editor development team. You may not copy, reverse-engineer, or distribute any part of the app.

6. Limitation of Liability To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nose Editor and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the application. We are not responsible for how you choose to use, share, or interpret the generated images.

7. Governing Law These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with standard international mobile software laws.
