1. Acceptance of Terms By downloading, installing, or using Nail Editor, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not access or use the application.

2. Description of Service & Aesthetic Disclaimer Nail Editor provides AI-generated visual simulations of nail polish colors, nail art designs, nail shapes, and textures.

• Visualization Purposes Only: The application is designed strictly for entertainment, personal visualization, and creative photo-editing purposes.
• NOT Professional Advice: The generated images are digital simulations and do not constitute professional nail technician, medical, or dermatological advice.
• No Guarantee of Real-World Results: We do not guarantee that the nail shapes, lengths, colors, or art shown in the AI-generated results can be physically achieved in real life. Actual results depend on individual nail health, natural nail bed shape, cuticle condition, polish pigmentation, and the physical skill of a professional nail technician. Consult with a licensed nail professional before applying acrylics, hard gels, or making any significant physical changes to your nails.

3. Data Collection, Processing, and Retention Respecting your privacy is our priority. Since our app operates using cloud-based AI, the following rules apply to your images:

• Collection & Processing: To provide our service, we collect photos of your hands and nails. We strictly process these images to apply the requested digital nail edits. We do not collect, process, or extract any facial data or biometric identification from your images.
• Retention: Your images are processed transiently in the cloud. We do not retain, store, or archive your original photos on our servers after the generation session is completed. Your edit history and results are saved securely and locally on your own device.
• Data Sharing: We do not sell or use your personal photos to train our proprietary AI models. Images are shared securely and temporarily with our third-party infrastructure partner solely for the purpose of executing your generation request.

4. User Content and Conduct

• Ownership: You retain all ownership rights to the photos of the hands/nails you upload.
• Consent: You represent and warrant that you have obtained explicit consent from any individual whose hands appear in the photos you upload.
• Prohibited Content: You agree not to upload or process any content that is illegal, offensive, pornographic, or violates the rights of others. We reserve the right to block access to users who violate these standards.

5. Subscriptions and In-App Purchases Nail Editor may offer a limited free trial or free generations. Continued use of premium features requires an active subscription.

• Billing: Payments are handled exclusively by Apple. Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at the confirmation of purchase.
• Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless they are canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
• Management: You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time via your App Store Account Settings.

6. Intellectual Property All original artwork, app designs, UI/UX elements, branding, code, and proprietary AI prompt structures are the intellectual property of the Nail Editor development team. Unauthorized copying, reverse-engineering, or distribution is strictly prohibited.

7. Limitation of Liability To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Nail Editor and its developers shall not be liable for any damages (including, but not limited to, physical nail damage, allergic reactions to real-world polishes, or dissatisfaction with a real-world salon service resulting from attempts to replicate our AI results) arising out of the use or inability to use the application. Use of the app is at your own risk.
