1. Acceptance of Terms By downloading, installing, or using Hair Editor, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not access or use the application.

2. Description of Service & Aesthetic Disclaimer Hair Editor provides AI-generated visual simulations of hairstyles, hair colors, and grooming options (beards, hairline restoration).

• Visualization Purposes Only: The application is designed strictly for entertainment, personal visualization, and creative photo-editing purposes.
• NOT Professional Advice: The generated images are digital simulations and do not constitute professional salon, barber, or dermatological advice.
• No Guarantee of Real-World Results: We do not guarantee that the hairstyles or colors shown in the AI-generated results can be physically achieved in real life. Actual results depend on individual hair chemistry, texture, health, and the skill of a professional stylist. Consult with a licensed hair professional before making any permanent changes to your hair.

3. User Content and Conduct

• Ownership: You retain all ownership rights to the photos you upload.
• Consent: You represent and warrant that you have obtained explicit consent from any individual appearing in the photos you upload.
• Prohibited Content: You agree not to upload or process any content that is illegal, offensive, pornographic, or violates the rights of others. We reserve the right to block access to users who violate these standards.

4. Subscriptions and In-App Purchases Hair Editor may offer a limited free trial or free generations. Continued use of premium features requires an active subscription.

• Billing: Payments are handled exclusively by Apple. Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at the confirmation of purchase.
• Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless they are canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
• Management: You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time via your App Store Account Settings.

5. Intellectual Property All original artwork, app designs, UI/UX elements, branding, code, and proprietary prompt structures are the intellectual property of the Hair Editor development team. Unauthorized copying, reverse-engineering, or distribution is strictly prohibited.

6. Limitation of Liability To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Hair Editor and its developers shall not be liable for any damages (including, but not limited to, emotional distress or hair damage resulting from real-world attempts to replicate AI results) arising out of the use or inability to use the application. Use of the app is at your own risk.

7. Third-Party Services The app utilizes third-party AI processing (e.g., fal.ai). While we strive for high availability, we are not responsible for service interruptions or errors originating from our third-party infrastructure partners.

8. Governing Law These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the developer operates and standard international mobile software regulations.
