1. Acceptance of Terms By downloading, installing, or using Face Shape Finder ("the App"), you agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not access or use the application.

2. Description of Service & Aesthetic Disclaimer Face Shape Finder utilizes device-based Vision frameworks and cloud-based AI to analyze facial landmarks, estimate geometric proportions (such as the Golden Ratio), determine face shapes, and generate personalized style recommendations (e.g., hairstyles, glasses).

• Informational and Entertainment Purposes Only: The application is designed strictly for personal curiosity, entertainment, and stylistic inspiration.
• NOT Professional or Medical Advice: The analyses, scores, and ratios provided by the App do not constitute medical, dermatological, orthodontic, or professional cosmetic advice. The App cannot diagnose facial asymmetries caused by medical conditions.
• Subjectivity of Aesthetics: Concepts such as "The Golden Ratio," "Symmetry," and "Face Harmony" are based on classical aesthetic theories and algorithms. They are entirely subjective and do not define true human beauty or personal worth.
• No Guarantee of Real-World Results: We do not guarantee that recommended hairstyles, grooming styles, or glasses will perfectly suit you in real life. Always consult with a licensed stylist, optician, or professional before making physical changes or purchasing accessories.

3. User Content and Conduct

• Ownership: You retain all ownership rights to the photos you capture or upload within the App.
• Consent: You represent and warrant that you have obtained explicit, informed consent from any individual appearing in the photos you scan or analyze.
• Prohibited Content: You agree not to upload or process any content that is illegal, offensive, pornographic, or violates the rights of others. We reserve the right to block access to users who violate these standards.

4. Subscriptions and In-App Purchases Face Shape Finder may offer limited free features. Full access to detailed geometric breakdowns, in-depth reports, and the complete styling studio requires an active premium subscription or a one-time purchase.

• Billing: Payments are handled exclusively by Apple. Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at the confirmation of purchase.
• Auto-Renewal: If you choose a subscription plan, it will automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
• Management: You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time via your iOS App Store Account Settings. No refunds are provided for partial subscription periods.

5. Intellectual Property All original app designs, UI/UX elements, wireframe animations, mathematical mapping algorithms, code, branding, and proprietary AI prompt structures are the intellectual property of the Face Shape Finder development team. Unauthorized copying, reverse-engineering, or distribution is strictly prohibited.

6. Limitation of Liability To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Face Shape Finder and its developers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages (including, but not limited to, emotional distress, loss of self-esteem, or financial loss from purchasing recommended physical items) arising out of the use or inability to use the application. Use of the App and reliance on its algorithmic results is entirely at your own risk.

7. Third-Party Services The App utilizes third-party AI processing (specifically Google Cloud Vertex AI) to generate text-based analysis and recommendations. While we strive for high availability and accuracy, we are not responsible for service interruptions, AI hallucinations, or algorithmic inaccuracies originating from our third-party infrastructure partners.

8. Governing Law These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the developer operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions, and adhering to standard international mobile software regulations.
